Former IGFA Trustee Neil Patrick of Australia --co-chair of the IGFA Fisheries Conservation Committee--owns HALCO tackle company and  was past president of the venerable Game Fishing Association of Australia.  A heavy-tackle billfish specialist, Patrick has fished all over the world for giant blue and black marlin and has fought 1,000-pound fish in the Pacific, Indian and Atlantic Oceans.
